In my personal life I love the disciplines making up triathlon, and compete in long distance events each year. I find this a very helpful break to ensure I can give the school and its community the attention it deserves. I am delighted to work with the Governing Board, which has such a key role in shaping the Federation’s future, and one of my key roles is ensuring Governors have the information and access to know the school well and hold the leadership team to account. My experience has always been that open communication with Governors and other stakeholders yields the most productive relationships, and I am committed to this approach here.
